Main Course is the newest
division of M Culinary Concepts,
a company owned by partners Chef
Michael DeMaria and Brandon
Maxwell. Since 1997, both our
restaurant and catering
divisions have been recognized
with numerous local and national
awards, while also receiving
accolades from our dedicated
clients.
Our greatest compliment is an
ecstatic customer. This in fact,
is how we began our new
division—an existing catering
client desired a fresh approach
to the company cafeteria. After
partnering with the client, we
determined there was a growing
need for quality food and
exceptional management in the
food service market. Central to
our success has been the
integration of our company-wide
