M Restaurants is our cutting-edge, contemporary restaurant concept designed and developed by Chef Michael DeMaria. His ventures include Trattoria M and Aroma Market • Caffe in Tempe, Arizona; his newest is Heirloom - An American Restaurant at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Main Course, newest to M Culinary Concepts, offers a unique corporate dining experience. Main Course provides innovative meal service to businesses within their on-site dining facilities, as well as any VIP events, special meetings or holiday parties.
